U.S.A.,” and “PEDERSEN’S PATENTS” with dates ranging from January 5, 1909, to April 16, 1912, indicating an early 20th-century manufacture. Further barrel markings specify “.22 SHORT LONG OR LONG RIFLE” caliber, with “Remington TRADE MARK” present near the receiver.
