The packaging explicitly states “Manufacturer – Prvi Partizan – PPU” and “Made in Serbia,” alongside warnings in English and French: “WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN | MISE EN GARDE: GARDEZ HORS DE LA PORTEE DES ENFANTS”.
