A Collection of Vintage Leather Police and Military Revolver Holsters, including Bucheimer and USAF Examples

A collection of seven vintage leather holsters, many consistent with Vietnam Era USAF and Police issue, with examples by or attributed to Bucheimer. The group includes predominantly black leather holsters, alongside one distinct reddish-brown example. Designs vary, featuring basketweave and geometric stamped patterns on the exterior of the black holsters. Some are equipped with internal olive-green or brown felt/suede lining, and one features a prominent snap-button retention strap. The reddish-brown holster is elaborately decorated with intricate floral and scroll tooling. Visible markings include ‘THE BLAZER,’ ‘COMBAT,’ ‘R124-28,’ ‘OM,’ and ‘G.C.H.P.’ (or similar), along with various stamped numbers such as ’52’ and ‘2,’ and a recurring shield-like manufacturer’s logo, consistent with designs by makers like Bucheimer.
